This summer we worked with BDG to convert our back deck into an outdoor kitchen space, and we were impressed with them from the start! Lance and Marion were great to work with and had clever ideas for what to do with our tight chicago footprint. The 3D rendering proposal was really impressive and the final product looks identical to it. Their workers were super professional – at the end of each day, all equipment was stacked and organized neatly, and they even hosed off dust before they left for the night. We used outside vendors and products (lighting, grills, accessories) and the team had no problem implementing and problem solving to make it all work. We already recommended them to some close friends who are in the middle of a project or their own. I highly recommend this group if you want a quality job.

A thoughtful landscape design is a piece of living art that can transform a home. While building our new house, we started working with Marion at Buhrman Design Group early on in the process and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had some specific ideas in mind and Marion took our vision and enhanced it to create a beautiful design that stayed within our budget. In addition to a detailed plan, BDG provided a 3D video rendering of our fully landscaped home so we could see exactly what it would look like. We used Buhrman to completely redo our backyard. From the beginning Marion was very professional and responsive. He came up with a beautiful design and shared in a story book format which was so helpful in visualizing what the yard would look like. Rod was also great to work with. He was on the job regularly making sure everything was running smoothly and was there to answer all our questions. He addressed any concerns in a very timely manner. While there were some delays in the project that were beyond Buhrman’s control, they made sure to finish as soon as the obstacles were cleared. We could not be happier with the end result.
